I have a couple of Hornby pre-painted buildings and they're definitely the same scale (although a slightly different resin, possibly for colouring purposes).

Some nice paintwork on your blog as well.

AlanAlan Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01373566207194936501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6133661363979591460.post-5458633650065689582011-07-11T09:13:03.802-07:002011-07-11T09:13:03.802-07:00Hi, first post, recent follower. Coming in a bit late to the discussion, sorry about that.

I suspect the reason airfix resin ruins are 1/76 scale, is because they are now owned by Hornby. Hornby does railway models i 00 gague, which is the same as 1/76 scale. These buildings looks like they were produced by the same people who do Hornby's resin buildings for their railway lines.

Just some info, and I agree with you that they do mix with regular 1/72 scale models.Laffehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09125733864107467243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6133661363979591460.post-20532303156188902342011-05-18T15:25:39.237-07:002011-05-18T15:25:39.237-07:00Thanks all!
